Inverness Craig Dunain RFC are taking on the SOHK 6 Hour Rugby Challenge! 

On the 20th July we will be picking up a rugby ball and playing one continuous game of rugby and we need you!

£5 entry to participate but you can donate more if you wish too.

Touch rugby is for everyone, it's mixed age/gender and zero contact so anyone can play! If you would like to take part and play in the challenge, please contact us on our Facebook or Instagram pages.

We are taking on the challenge in aid of School of Hard Knocks. SOHK is a UK based charity that exists to empower and support individuals facing inequality. Through the use of high-impact sport like rugby, group & one-to-one mentoring and the power of the team we enable meaningful change in adults' and young people's lives.

It costs SOHK £660 to put one child through our Schools Programme for a whole year, so as part of the challenge, we have set ourselves a target to fundraise £660.
